The Journey Practitioners

I act as a facilitator offering people access to the skills and tools that can support their own personal transformations, which are the same techniques that I use to support myself in all areas of my day-to-day life. I have my own practice where I welcome clients of all ages, with a variety of issues, including children and young adults with their own individual challenges.

Freestyle

Through my professional experiences, I am becoming more and more aware that when we start clearing out the old, there naturally comes a point where it is time to bring in the new! This can often come in the form of wanting to bring about change on the outside to compliment and reflect the way we are feeling on the inside.
Through my personal interest in image and interior design, I am now offering support with: personal shopping, colour co-ordination, styling, home decor, organisation of spaces and creating practical and efficient systems, all of which work for you. I believe we are all capable of making the right choices for ourselves, and so very simply, I act as a mentor, guiding you through the process of exploring your own personal talents to fulfil your own personal dreams.

Having suffered a lifetime of shopping nightmares, disappointments and a lot of tears, our shopping trip was surprisingly effortless, easy and relaxed. Using her unique Journey skills before our session Debs created a safe and loving space for me to address my issues around self-image.
