Ruth Simpson

Hi, my name is Ruth Simpson.

I have a background as a scientist (an honours degree in Applied Biology, specialising in Microbiology & Ecology) and as an accountant (qualified Chartered Management Accountant).  I am also a busy farmer’s wife with two young children, and as a family we care deeply for our earth. My keen interest in Holistic Healing is because I have found it so helpful in my own healing and development, plus I’ve always loved helping other people.

A few years ago I became interested in The Journey ®.  I was going through a very difficult patch in my life, driving myself to utter exhaustion, and trying to cope with three close family & friends dying plus a major challenge in another area of my life. Religion was just not answering the questions I was asking anymore.  I was so grateful for the Journey work and the transformative effect on my life, that I wanted to be able to share this amazing work with others. So I trained as a Journey Practitioner (Accredited Dec 08), enabling me to clear out some longstanding emotional issues that had been holding me back for years. I found the true and boundless presence of love & the Divine right in the core of my being!  Imagine the bliss of that! I have become calmer, more open minded, more connected to life & love. When challenges come or I feel down, I wonder what is beneath the upset & with a Journey, I release myself & find yet greater freedom & joy. My Journey continues as I learn from each of you more about this boundless love and continue to open the infinite wisdom within me. My life becomes more blessed each day. This blissful Journey experience is also available to you….today!

I have worked with so many beautiful adults, teenagers and children, supporting and holding them sacredly as they courageously faced their fears. It is such a privilege to share the Journey work (for both physical as well as emotional problems) and to see the difference it can make to our understanding of events and situations of our lives. It is wonderful to see past hurts and traumas being released and freeing us to move forward, fully able to realise our true and highest potential.

I am very passionate about providing children with Journey tools so that they can find this freedom at a much earlier age than I did, to enable them to deal with issues in a healthy way and learn to value & believe in themselves. So I am currently exploring the possibility of taking this amazing work into schools.

I work from my home in North Yorkshire, and by agreement can travel to your house if necessary, or the Journey can be carried out by phone. Designer processes for adults on average take 2.5 to 3 hours. Children usually vary from 30 minutes to about 1 hour.

I regularly share Journey Swaps with other Journey Graduates  (i.e. those who have undertaken the Journey Intensive weekend)

I am a practitioner for Quantum Touch which is a wonderful hands on (or distant  too) healing energy that allows emotional & physical issues to be healed. I often combine the distant QT with the Journey to unblock old resistances.

I am also a practitioner for Recoonective Healing having studied with Eric Pearl to level III so that I can facilitate both the Reconnective Healing & the Reconnection Alignment.

As a professional with a fairly public position, I found that I was collecting lots of negative projections-of course I was not at all aware of the effect of these negative emotions upon myself initially. It was manifesting through illness and general lack of hope. Eventually I found myself in both a personal and professional crisis…..a deep dark night of the soul.
