I was given The Journey book in 2001, at the time I was in a state of depression, I felt like I had a hole in my soul, life was a struggle and to top it all I was also experiencing a lot of physical pain. Within 2 days I had read the book, (a miracle for a slow reader) it resinated with me completley and I knew this is what I needed to do. I called the number at the back of the book and booked on to a seminar. On the day even though fear was with me and still struggling, I pulled myself up the stairs, with a little help from a fellow delegate, to the conference room. Little did i know that that weekend was to change my life. Skipping away in a state of freedom, happiness and pain free, I realised there and then that The Journey is a powerful healing tool for Letting Go. The need to pass this on to others was so strong in me that I have now been working professionaly as an Accredited Journey Practitioner since 2004. I love my work with a passion, which also includes Theraputic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling, Reiki and I also work as a Doula.
