Session times for children are considerably shorter than for adults. Allow one hour for whole session - of which the actual Journey process is approximately up to half this time.
I have a background in the performing arts of music, film and theatre, and for 10 years served a Tibetan Buddhist Master of Meditation. For many years I have devoted time to include meditation retreats and studying Buddhist philosophy and scriptual language in Nepal, India and Tibet. In December 2007 I returned from India and now live on ShellCove (Neutral Bay) in Sydney. I rejoice in the clarity, peace, joy and healing that working as a Journey Accredited Therapist brings to my life and those I share this with.
