What does the Journey mean to me? Well to me it means that there is a way, that no matter where we are in our life, we can  start to clear the obstacles that are standing in our way. We can start to embrace the moment in which we are living . From our heartspace; from our truth; the journey opens many doors. It opens your being to its full potential, to more possibilities.  It brings you into a greater communication with your body; and with the love, light, grace and universal energy that connects us with everybody and everything.

The journey has changed my life.  I used to be a small, fearful steph; but now - I am beginning to step out.  I listen to the truth within my being.  I am able to speak this truth, I am able to speak in front of big groups of people; I am able to share my passion of music; and to be really authentically me from my heart.
