The Journey is a guided meditation that carries you deep into your sub or unconscious. It addresses factors that may be hindering your ability to heal from mental, emotional and even physical ill health.

There can be several parts to your journey and each will be used if it is called for on the day.

One part involves releasing your unexpressed emotions one after another as they surface. Once they have all been released a deep state of peace and wisdom is experienced together with a realisation that this state is always here beneath the activity of your thinking mind and the turmoil of your emotions.

Another part involves uncovering a deeply buried memory that has strong negative emotions attached to it. These “stuck” emotions are likely to be affecting your health in some way.

Another part involves uncovering negative beliefs and vows that were adopted at some time in the past. These are often deeply held, unconscious and absolute, preventing you from reacting to your present situation in a balanced way.

Another part involves evoking an image of an area of the body that is unwell. The negative emotion held here is released and resolved.

A Journey tends to be profound and life-changing even for people who have experienced many different healing techniques in the past. Here is some feedback I have received from clients:

“I have suffered from periods of depression through my adult life and tried many alternative therapies.   The Journey experience has helped me to deal with the causes of my depression and lead a more fulfilled life.” CP

“Every day was working around my back problem and now I don’t even take it into consideration, it just isn’t a problem any more.” (VM: a long term sufferer of lower back pain).

“I found the journey deeply moving. I was guided gently and supportively. I feel that a lifelong deep seated pain has begun to heal and I am more at peace with myself and my purpose as a result. A very powerful experience but a very gentle one too. Thank you!” SL

“The Journey has made me more at peace with the world. At work I am more confident with people, I feel I can say what I want to say and I feel heard. I feel I can blossom. I am finding a voice.” JS.

“No other therapy has helped me as much as the journey has. The technique ensured that I went straight to the point, there was no avoiding it. I am now free from my negative thoughts and feel as though I have the world at my feet.” (PW: A long term sufferer of depression).

“It felt as though we got to the heart of what was going on for me very quickly.  It unearthed stuff that I recognised and knew to be mine without me needing to really get embroiled in doing the emotion. I found it challenging but not too hard or overwhelming.” SW
