My own traumatic experiences in life have endured me with life experiences not gained from years of therapy experience.My own journey started from the deepest shadows and doubts.In silence I would observe the crowd NOW I present workshops and teach.

When these issues were uncovered and released by on going "Journey" work they gave me new insights into my self, greater self respect, freedom, peace plus empathy and understanding of others.

The meeting of truths, the feeling of peace and the deep healing that occurs is the gift that you can give yourself by delving into this amazing experience. There is a magic inside of us that will never release more than we can handle. Issues long forgotten and repressed that control and diminish our quality of life are uncovered, acknowledged, forgiven and released forever. Recently I have worked with someone so abused that she didn't want to live BUT she never knew why. Now  4 months later she is an active member of our community wanting to live.

Abuse is rife in our society.How many have been subject to mental and emotional abuse and then have brushed it off because there have been no physical sign yet deep down there is a new subconscious controlling force that be calling more abuse into your life without you never knowing.
